If we are going to make a real impact, then God’s priorities shouldn’t be optional.

When we stop caring our actions will always remove us from influence!

We can never reach our potential if we forfeit our opportunities.

If our caring doesn’t lead the lost to a relationship with Him then we don’t care enough.

In order for our church to stay healthy and grow, every leader at Beams needs to continue to lead with great care and passionately pursue excellence

2. Followship

In order for our church to stay healthy and grow, every Beamer needs to value the heart and efforts of our leaders, be actively involved in achieving our mission, and do it all with a great attitude

3. Fellowship

In order for our church to stay healthy and grow, every Beamer needs to be connected from the heart to every other Beamer; this will compel you to pray for each person and step up without hesitation to help any Beamer in need

4. Friendship

In order for our church to stay healthy and grow, every Beamer needs to value every guest who comes to our service by making it a point to personally greet them and make them feel welcome
